Gene Thompson
Gene Thompson serves as President and CEO of InterLinc Mortgage and holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University. Gene has been married for over 20 years and has two children. Outside of running and growing InterLinc, Gene can be found hunting, fishing or spending time with his family.
Barbara Cargill
Barbara Cargill earned her undergraduate degree in education from Baylor University and a Master of Science in Science Education from Texas Woman's University. Her interest in creative learning for children and love for science motivated her to create the WOW! program in 1994, with over 1,000 children attending Science Camp each summer. She served on the Texas State Board of Education until her recent retirement. She was elected for four 4-year terms. Governor Perry appointed Barbara twice, the maximum time allowable, to serve as Chair of the Board. Barbara and her husband Terry have been married for 37 years, have 3 wonderful sons, an amazing daughter-in-law, and a precious granddaughter.Email: bcargill@interlincfamilyfoundation.org
AdriAnn Jahn
AdriAnn Jahn is a CPA and Partner of Grant Thornton, LLP where for almost two decades she has specialized in Federal taxation of multinational corporations and partnerships. She holds a BBA in Accounting and Masters in Taxation from Baylor University. AdriAnn and her wonderful husband, Darrick, and an active young son and daughter who keep her very busy. Marcia King
Marcia King was Executive Vice President at InterLinc Mortgage serving in a number of administrative roles for 9 years. Marcia graduated from Florida State University and spent over 20 years in the mortgage industry before retiring from InterLinc in 2019. Michael Kowaleski
Michael Kowaleski is the Vice President of Branch Operations at InterLinc Mortgage and has been in the financial services industry for over a decade. Michael holds a bachelor's degree from Arizona State University and an MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business. Steve Peterson
Steve Peterson is the owner and president of Christian Brothers Automotive - Castle Rock, Colorado. He holds a bachelors degree (Management & Finance) from Dallas Baptist University and a MBA from the University of North Texas (Finance). Steve has been married for over 25 years to Andrea, and they have two daughters, Megan and Lexi.
